Western Colorado Locals Transit Guide
This page is designed to help you plan your trip when traveling in Western Colorado utilizing public transit and local Colorado PUC Licensed Transit Providers.
Paratransit Services are available in Western Colorado for Adults 65 and Older with temporary or permanent mobility restrictions. You must pre-register with the local transit provider and make a reservation.
Dial A Ride is available in the following Western Colorado Counties:
1. Eastern La Plata County which includes the Southern Ute Reservation, Ignacio, and Bayfield including travel to Durango for medical appointments or shopping.
2. All Communities and households in Delta, Montrose Counties are served by All Points Transit.
3. Rural San Miguel County including the town of Norwood is served by All Points Transit Dial A Ride.
There are no income restrictions for Dial A Ride with ½ price fares for Adults 65 and older.
Discounts offered for Seniors, Disabled, and Students when you purchase your tickets.
The Durango to Grand Junction and the Telluride to Grand Junction Route Bustang Outrider Routes serves Western Colorado with transfers available to ride Bustang to Denver, catch a flight at the Grand Junction Regional Airport or you can walk or call a cab or use your ride-share service to transfer to Amtrak in Grand Junction or Glenwood Springs.
You can walk or call an approved cab to transfer to the Montrose Regional Airport from the Bustang Outrider Stop.
