NWCCI - Northwest Colorado Center for Independence

The Northwest Colorado Center for Independence provides transit services to people with disabilities and all adults aged 65 or older in the following Colorado Counties: Rio Blanco, Grand, Moffat, Routt, and Summit.

NWCCI empowers both disabled individuals and adults, 65 and older

NWCCI Vans are accessible for wheelchair users to ensure the ride is comfortable and secure.
NWCCI is an approved Medicaid Non-emergency Medical Transit Provider and is willing to bill private insurance companies that provide transit services as part of their Medicare Advantage Plans with pre-approval.

Empowering Independent Living

The NWCCI philosophy emphasizes human independence and equal participation in an inclusive and supportive community. Their services focus on not putting individuals in pre-determined programs but instead listening to their needs and working jointly to enhance their capacity to live independently.
